Blues Tryouts Postponed

Hello Parents and Players,

 

As some of you may have heard, the City of Ottawa has changed the guidelines surrounding the number of players and coaches allowed on the ice at one time.  The maximum number has been reduced from 25 to 10.  As a result of these changes, we do not feel that it is possible to continue with tryouts in a fair and effective manner. The decision has been made to postpone the tryouts for all Blues teams until further notice.  All tryout ice times have been cancelled.
 

Once we have a clearer understanding of the situation we will be back in touch and information will be posted on the Blues website as it becomes available.  Currently restrictions are in place until early November.

 

Details of a re-start will be worked out over the coming weeks, but if you wish to withdraw from the tryouts, please contact the Liaison for that level in order to make arrangements.  

 

The health and safety of our players and coaches remains top of mind throughout this process. Please continue to check the Blues website for the latest information.
