Reminder of COVID 19 Protocols to be followed while at the arena.REMINDERS

SCREENING MUST BE DONE PRIOR TO EVERY ICE SESSION- no one enters the arena if they have not been screened.

Participants will have access to the building 20 minutes prior to their booking.

All players should arrive at the arena wearing their base layer. U9/U11 players- and players of any age group who need assistance dressing- should arrive and depart the facility dressed in their hockey equipment.

At U9/U11 ONLY, a parent is allowed to tie skates in the lobby. When they have tied the skates, parents are to exit the arena to wait until it is time to enter the stands. Parents are not permitted in the dressing room or the hallway to the dressing room.

ONE PARENT/GUARDIAN per participant is allowed in the arena and they can only enter the arena 5 minutes before the ice-time, proceeding directly to the seating area. NO SIBLINGS are allowed in the arena. At Bob MacQuarrie, parents/guardians must enter arenas through the downstairs doors and exit upstairs through the crush space doors.

It is mandatory that all individuals wear a mask inside the facility, except when on the ice.

Every participant must wear a mask until they are leaving the dressing room to go on the ice.

Coaches must wear a mask on the bench, they can only be removed when on the ice.

Physical distancing must be maintained on the benches.

Spitting is NOT permitted.

While on the ice, participants must always leave their helmet and gloves on.

Participants must replace their mask and maintain physical distance when they return to the dressing room.

After the session, coaches will help players untie their skates, if needed. Teams at the younger ages will exit the arena together, to meet parents outside.

Everyone must vacate the dressing rooms and exit the facility within 20 minutes of getting off the ice.

NOTE: Facility staff have the final say on rules within their arena. Participants are expected to follow the rules as laid out by the staff.
